So I downloaded a full save because Amber's missing reverse cowgirl Kama page was annoying me, but I replaced my .48022 save before I completed it. Is the 2-click, 4-click thing in the west and east towers how you unlock fast travel? Just want to make sure that's the only thing I missed in my play.

try did look hard enough for I found it it forest on soft ground Amanda reverse anal cowgirl shh

No .. the 2 click (west tower) , 4 click (east tower) is the missing KS page.. fast travel is turned on in the hidden room...

Hi! someone knows what the pickax in security room is for, on the hints I get that in the room that I just unlocked there is a mystery that I have to solve but I do not know which one, and I dont know what it is for apart from disabling the pillars and only finding one

i don't know which page is where exactly... my advice would be follow the clues given in the notes given throughout the map. they will point you in the right direction(like one note says that there is a naughty page in the western part of the woods, search for the soft ground->you have to use the shovel to get it). some of them are in the chests which can be opened with skeleton keys.
otherwise you could follow the walkthrough, although i don't think it's updated to the latest version.
