Someone already asked how to find the rope, but I didn't see an answer. I checked every classroom on the 2nd floor and couldn't find it. Or is it the rope which already hangs in the wood? In that case, how does one unfasten it?

u need to turn on the 9th radiator to gain access to the rope..

I cannot get the pickax in the security room. Height issues apparently. Game says cannot jump high enough to reach the pick axe. Any hints?
