When you have Amber's Phone and USB Cable go to your bedroom and connect it to the PC.
i dont see any usb cable at that spot... is my game maybe bugged? can i edit my save to cheat me the usb cable?

Than I don't know. It's there as soon as I you go inside the school. It's not the item that appeared later after you do something. So it's bug I guess.

How to get encryption key from computer (to unlock andy). I tried using the computer in room where MC sleeps. I saw that key is 1222. even after exiting from computer, I keep on getting same hint message. how to proceed next. is there some sort of order needs to be followed?

Usually when you return phone to Amber you go left and there is Buddie and Mandel talking. Buddie gives you the Security Card which unlocks room on 3rd floor. So go on 3rd floor and go right. there is available room on the south wall now. Go through. There you can collect the Dynamite, Serum and talk to Andy through ventilation hole. So use this ventilation hole to whisper the "1222" Code to him. So he can get out from Security Room. It's important to have free Heart Container on Valerie before you collect the Serum. If not find Valerie first than go back to collect the Serum... Well that's shortly

When you are on the 3rd floor go right. There is red box. Use the knife to open it and collect the Locker Key. Now go to the Lockers in the Eastern Tower. Use Locker Key to open the Locker and collect 2nd Climbing Shoe. But of course if this the Climbing Shoe you miss to find.
