Interestingly enough. If you open up the cheat menu, it shows as a Gay scene.
Max affection for both I believe. Then just keep going into A'polo's room over and over. Should pop up. You'll see them standing side by side. Just click the eye.
I think you can buy the underwear later, on the underwear shop or the clothes shop, I don't remember. You can also refuse the prize of the quest until you get enough addiction. That's what I do.

Been wanting that for a while. The best way to do futa sex scenes is to have a toggle before combat for if you want to view the male or female version of the scene. Full package futa preferably
You're not missing much if you don't play the game. Basic trainer elements with the brothel and some fight scenes are about it, no actual story. In the end, it just comes down to going through the motions and a bit of grinding until you get to the sex scenes.
My personal advice is to make sure you're not horny as much when playing games such as this. I'd would usually jack off or have sex with someone earlier on where I'm like whew! Thank goodness I've busted a nut beforehand and got it out of my system lol. Then once that is over and done with, I'll get cleaned up first, then turn on my PC and can finally enjoy playing these sex games without being super horny where I'm unable to without being turned on enough to jerk off or ready to fuck someone in the process lol. Unless you have a very high sex drive (which is sexy to a lot of folks if you do btw) then sadly this method would not work.
