special for you another mac link6.4 did not add any female NPCs so no straight sex for a male MC. 6.2 did have some encounters with a troll female. In general there is a solid amount of straight content for a male MC but it is not the focus of the game. Given that combat is easy and you can avoid pretty much everything if you don't lose though it might be worth checking things out. If anything the last few zone additions all end with a pair of a new race added in the brothel (I am hoping we get Zandalari over the jungle troll models tbh) and there is plenty of straight content there (though again, gay content is more developed with threesomes and additional scenes).
As someone who has played games that had majority straight content but still a decent amount of gay scenes (e.g. Seed of Chaos) I think it's still worth the time checking this. But it definitely isn't worth your time checking every update. In your place I'd check it for the final patch of each zone.
