You can have gay sex with humans, night elves, blood elves, high elves, dwarves, orcs, draenei, tauren, worgen, and some NPC races (murlocs and several forms of demons). I don't think you can have M/M sex with gnomes, goblins, or trolls. Or pandaren.

Drop from orcs in Northshire Abbey, Drop from Defias enemies in Goldshire, win a match against the wrestling elf in the gym ending in all 3 ways.

Defeat Melchazzar in Karazhan to get a key, then fight against the theatre of pain enemies until you RNG into the demon chained up. Free him, and you can take him to your brothel if you have the prison.
