Ok I need to report this bug with this game. Somebody renamed all of the videos to a number name. But they didn't go through the code and rename them so the code is looking for like gym3.mp4 where someone renamed it 76841e2.mp4. Could you fix this it giving us a lot of blank videos on pages.

I had that same softlock problem. You have reload from an earlier save and time the quest better.
