Stuck investigating the flesh golem? Can't seem to get the POI to pop up no matter where I go,

There's no POI marker on the flesh golem. You just drop a marker under it and go across, then press the X when you've stopped near it.

(No markers for the hot springs, well of souls, or flesh golem; but the church, potential corpse, and enemy to slay for the flesh golem content, all have markers.)

Wasn't sure if there was a poi for it or not, but whenever I go there and exit the map, nothing happens? I see the ghost girl in the tree, but its just a static image with nothing to click on? I've already killed the creature and gotten the teddy bear, plus returned it to the girl, but thats all. If theres something else I need to do with the flesh golem then I have no idea what it could be, my hint just says to investigate it

AFAIK it's just getting her the bear, and returning it. It shouldn't still have that prompt unless there's a bug. 0.47.1C doesn't have it at least (not sure if you're somehow on an old version?).

I'm doing the underworld portion as that's what seems to be the focus of the last few updates;
I was stuck trying to find bernadette the fresh body for about 9h spread over several days because for some reason I got so unrealy unlucky for the pixel hunt that I unironically went ahead and tried to hunt the entire coast just in case, including hours wasted on fights (I was level 6 because I had minigames disabled for the whole story, and just played catch up grinding on 200 rats before trying again, was still getting my ass kicked but at least I could win fights, now I'm level 24 because the pixel hunting + backtracking everytime you move a marker + fight every 10 moves is very very encounter grindy, I eventualy changed the game code to ditch encounters to every 80 steps instead as I was loosing my mind)

as a result from combining all the hints people dropped here, there's hints of where the stuff is, for your concern, hot springs, flesh golem and well of souls have 0 markers you just get there,the well is particularly horrendous pixel hunting while the hot spring and flesh golem ones have a very wide triggering area (fyi you just have to leave the map once arrived at the location), all the other things have a proximity marker like you can see bottom right for the church that unconceals when you're close enough, and disappears once the quest for which it's relevant is done. (since I unno how to spoiler images on f95, it's in thumbnail mode, you can open it for full size)


However I find myself stuck again; so I've gotten to the flesh golem, talked to the girl, got her the teddy bear back, then got to the church, talked to the priest, got a blessing, returned to the blessings, did all talk options with the skeleton however I'm stuck at that hint.

I've also seen that the cultists are at the "ruins" do the"ruins" refer to the city itself, the church or something else ? also the labyrinth triggers nothing yet, and I have 0 idea for what to do to fulfill the hint's indication as there doesn't seem to be anything to do around the hot springs to do so.

Anyone got tips or more usefull hints ?

The dev posted earlier in the thread, but just to save you looking it up: that's for the next update (0.50 part 2 expanded the underworld content; I believe the next public release will be 0.50 with all three parts).

Other than what you've done, the only other underworld content I'm aware of is done when you return. Since we're meant to return in the next update, and we're bound by the story at the moment, you don't have to worry if you don't want to do it. But if you wanted to revisit, you should revisit the Well of Souls after the 'fog in the hallway' incident (you'll know you've got the right one because you'll have no more story quests; it's the last story quest for the 0.47).

There are earlier points you can return (given the Well of Souls, and what you can do there, it should be obvious when), but since the combat down there is a bit grindy, and only really serves for getting crafting materials/money (at least at the moment), if you're looking to avoid too much more of it, go at the end of the content.

Ah thanks, I skipped it, thought they were talking about post-labyrinth stuff, alltho since it's a 3 parter, maybe it'll all be in one.

Already done that, I did finish everything overworld before going underworld, because I thought since I'm out of overworld hints, the underworld part was the only "main story" left. But yeah since I couldn't find anything, just took the rat poison, did the bernadette post explo scene. I've also already done all the well of souls events bar the one where you don't know the full name which I think is also something for a futur update.
