You have to defeat specific enemies - whilst you are equipped with the frozen gag/buttplug - to recieve the key ...
Check your quest-list for details...

They are part of a Special Event to unlock/experience with Herbalica Flower (shop/market) ...

Hey lazy ... the Search function might help ... no need to read all 100+ pages ;)

All you need to pass the maze ... is somewhere inside the maze ...
I wrote a rough walkthrough for the CaveMaze just a few days/pages ago ...

Though I learned recently ...
Passing the maze on a smartphone is quiet challenging/painful ... it narrows your FOV too much to see all hints ...

Except there are twenty billion versions of these flags. Even this specific version. I have tried inserting it in every which way and none of them bloody work.
