You can cheat with Saveeditor search for SexPower and write 50 and save and you have enough SexPower to fuck the doctor and don´t miss the scene when you haven´t enough and take the coat.
When you have taken the coat you close the doctor quest and when you haven´t done it before correct you can´t repeat. So you need it to make correct to unlock it for the gallery.

Truly appreciate this lost my drive but if you could only \Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\GirlHouse2\*-*-LT1.save and add your persistent file as well
