Cheat code for gallery works on version 2.11.2. Maybe you added a white space at the end or at the start. Here is Ninie's gallery and I didn't unlock even one of them through the story.

I have the same issue and I also suspect we are softlocked out of that quest.

This is because once you upgrade the farmhouse, it locks away the ability to work on your farm (which gave you a +1 towards efficiency stat).

What should i do here ?

Can anyone help me im at a point where i need to give the grandma cookies but when i gave ninie the 3 high quality to make them after the Scene i have no ability to give her anything I though id maybe just missed a step but nowhere in the game am i available to make more cookies or give them to grandma Ive honestly have had way to many problems playing this game i feel like so many of the quest are just poorly coded I enjoy a slow burn game so the pacing isnt bad i just hate getting stuck on quest and have no idea what i did wrong or what caused it. These quest tips shouldnt be tip if its like this they should just be a literally description of what to do to continue because i dont know if im bugged or if i have to specifically meet grandma somehwere to give her these cookies that I "Think" i created

You need to catch Ninnie in the kitchen. Use "talk" and select asking for cookie.
then you will get a choice to select between giving regular or high quality orble
after that you have the cookie and are ready to proceed with grannie.
