Don't be a dick. You know the changelog should be on the main page, don't pretend.
You can also find changelogs on the game's official itch page. The devlogs are labelled with the version number for the current public version (0.30 in this case), and those changes are listed at the top, but they include a section for the changelogs of the current patreon version (0.31 in this case) as well.

My apologies for being stupid in the previous threads, I know how to use emojis now. I know that it triggers a minority but I'd rather not have my messages removed again.

The original poster asked a completely different question, then pretended that everyone who answered them was the stupid one. If they simply asked for a changelog no one would "be a dick" to them.
Uh wut? I asked what meta-human meant because in the change log that's what it said, then I said I couldn't figure out what changes that meant. Then when asked if the update was just the change from normal updates to the higher tier, I got told the same thing. Like if someone asked for clarification of the change log/update you'd think they would say what the change log /update was. I didn't "pretend everyone was stupid", I just thought it was pretty obvious I was asking about the update itself

See, this makes sense from your perspective, and now I understand what you were originally getting at, but you didn't actually ask about the changes. Originally, you literally just asked what "meta-human" meant, and received several accurate answers to that question. By the time you asked about the changes, it seemed like a random non-sequitur. You also chose to phrase it "ok I'll put it as simple as possible" as if I was stupid just because I answered the questions you actually asked. The literal wording of your original question was pretty far removed from what you actually wanted to know.
But, anyway, I apologize for the misunderstanding. Let's put it behind us.
The changelog on the first page hasn't really been updated in a long time. As you can see, the last three updates just say "N/A". I think the site automatically adds an entry for each new file, but the person responsible for managing this page (and I assume a lot of the people who do it for other games) doesn't fill it out every time. Whatever the reason, that changelog doesn't get updated much, and you should ignore it. You can find all the changelogs on the itch page.

It seems somebody tried to use a Passive Aggressive way to blame mods for not Updating changelog in the main post (A dick move), and backfired on them. :KEK:

The mods don't owe anybody anything. Give them some slacks for things don't matter. There are so many ways to check changelog yourself (people post them every update, game's official pages).
Don't be so petty.

To lud dud: You don't need to apologise at all (you are too nice), the only thing you misunderstood is the motives behind the one you try to answer.

I wish there was a way to ditch certain characters and replace them with new ones.
Also being able to choose which characters are important to you and have them move to the upper deck living quarters.
I don't like how you're forced into Rylan and the Doctor the way it currently is.

It'll be nice if you can ditch crew after the initial choices.
But as it goes, you won't get "replacement", you will just get less contents.
This is not a RPG that balances around game-play, this is essentially a porn VN with heavy RPG elements.
I like the idea of limiting crew-member you have to choose for gameplay purpose.
But not for a Porn game - I prefer collecting harem.

Also, the problem is not "You are forced into Rylan and the Doctor", but the severe unbalance of available contents for each crewmember.
Like I'm not interested in Rylan and Arthur, but I never felt they are forced upon me, I barely interact with them, in exchange, I get far less contents.
(Kindly reminder: This game shifted focus onto human / human-reskin a long time ago ;) )

BTW, Why TF did the dev implement a Real Life Time Quest system? Is he trying to make us play daily? Do our "Dailies" in this gay porn game???

They were referring to how Bradley, Rylan and Arthur get rooms on the top floor (and Asmodeo does too now). The player should get to influence it to some degree. As-is, there's not even really a reason for there to be "special rooms" because it just means you have to go to two different places to interact with everyone. It should be sort of a "crew politics" minigame to get everyone you want up there, or if you're a submissive captain, the more dominant members of the crew should fight over those rooms amongst themselves.
And yeah, the Galactic Union Missions are really dumb. There's already an in-game calendar, and it doesn't advance when the game is closed, so it makes no sense, and it's also just annoying to set them up before you get off, then to have to check them when you get on again so the characters all come back. I've just been ignoring that system and using the cheats to get the materials.

IIRC the "Crew politics" is initially an idea on the drawing board (it was hinted in the early stage), but get scratched after, since you have to create a dynamic system for it to function, aka too much work, too little gain...for the dev.
At some point I expected it to be an indicator of "potential Love interest the dev will be working on", but at this point, I don't care anymore since I don't interact with Rylan / Arthur / Asmodeo, and I can always find Bradley at the bridge :KEK:

The Real Time Quest system is not only dumb. It's very problematic.
There's no reason you'd implement such a system unless you want it to tie to real life somehow. Especially when you will remove crews temperately who get send out.
I'm actually worried the dev is trying to pull some Mobile / FreeToPlay game bullshit: like making you either wait or pay money to skip - which essentially is already happening in your case, if you paid for the cheat :KEK: )
Especially after the dev deliberately made the game way more grindy than necessary so he can better sell the cheat version.

I haven't paid for any version of this game. Maybe when the game is actually finished, I'll make a one time purchase, but I'm not gonna sign up for a subscription. If the current version here has the cheat menu, I use that, and if not, I use an online save editor. If the dev really wanted to lock things down, they made a mistake choosing Renpy as the game engine.
