Never tried to own it, but I don't think it changes much story-wise (I think you can give the place a different name if you own it?). Alternatively, saying you're helping him for ethical reasons gets you more approval from him. You can also visit Galiano in prison. Also I might be mistaken since it's been awhile, but if you go with Garth, if you don't recruit Phoenix (not that I like his character much) before raiding the club then he dies I think?
I'm not sure just how much more content there is with Galiano's route, but again, it's mostly (if not entirely) just Galiano-specific content rather than anything more generally story-related so doing either won't do anything like impede overall progress.

Ya know these last 2 updates have solidified me to the notion that this game has fallen into the same shit Lustful Desire has and that is 0 coordination. Like there's WAY too many things to do and almost all of them are either unfinished or forgotten. Like we're like not even half way done with harmonia and now we have 2 entire new planets with 0 correlation with each other and both will be stuck in limbo for god knows how long. Why do ever dev think that quantity is better then quality and finish products

Least the MC hasn't been replaced (yet), I do agree though the edging on content completion is getting real old, least the new wolf scene was kind of hot

I agree, there is way too much stuff which has been left unfinished. The developer needs to resolve some long standing quests and stories before adding in 2 new planets.

I guess they're probably in the process of laying the foundations for everything, it's just incredibly unsatisfying update-wise until it (hopefully) shapes up into something more cohesive.
