How do I get the file, craft a pickaxe (I don't have the recipe for it), and WHERE DO I FIND THE RUBY AND THE 2 RESONANCE MAGIC STONES IN LUXURIA HALL?!

The file is in the factory in the room all the way to the right, i don't remember where you got the recipe the pickaxe, the ruby can be found by mining the random ores in that dungeon so when you find the pickaxe recipe then you can get this, and if I remember correctly you can find the communication crystals at the bottom of the dungeon.

Also of note is the fact that the file only shows up for Lilia, not Sheryl, so you need to work with pinkie at the factory. I recommend raising her Dex for a while before trying to grab the file, or save scumming, because if I remember right, you had something like ~40% success chance with Lilia's default Dex.
The link to the patch does not work, you can fix it and I still have this error, although there is a file how to fix it

Just bring up the inventory menu. In the tab that has the animated standing picture of the girl you're playing as, press C or whatever the button is to get hints on what to do next

What difference is there after you beat the game and start over in a New Game Plus? Besides carrying stats from the beginning and the golden star that's besides the save data

If my memory isn't failing me, you can also carry over all the money and HHP you earned, as well as your entire inventory. Which yes, will include items that you can't normally craft at the start of the game. Which means that you'll be basically playing in complete easy mode. I think the only thing that gets removed are the plot items... except for the "engineering suits", which you should still be able to use.
Corruption is also always reset, I think? I don't remember, been too long since I NG+ed this game.
Fun fact this game made League of Legends unplayable I literally have no idea how or why but it would just make league perma crash neato

Realised this Game Gives lso Blue Screen of Death When launching with Riot Client Valorant On, Like WTF. I get it, Valorant is a Cringe ass game, but don't need to cringe on me launching it at the same time playing Lust Prison by literally killing themself....

Lust Prison doesn't have any anti-cheat... I can modify whatever I want in it with my seriously outdated Cheat Engine without issues. Trying to do that on a game with anti-cheat will likely set your PC on fire, possibly literally in some cases. In other cases it'll get a report sent to the company and your account just gets banned.
That said, have you tried any OTHER Wolf RPG games with Riot's client? It's possible that the Riot client sees wolf RPG as an issue for whatever reason. Or perhaps the most recent version of it, since Acerola updated the version they were using and I think Lust Prison was caught in that wave, so to speak.
Or there's something else in your set-up that causes some kind of conflict when both games are running.
