Be careful, just downloaded from gofile but there was some weird files inside the RAR file. The gofile RAR is named only Lust Theory Season 2.rar but the DropMefiles is named Lust_Theory_Season_2_v1.5.0_Full_Release. There is something wrong with the gofile RAR.

No, there is nothing wrong with the Gofile link, it's just named differently and that's the way we uploaded it.

I was not talking about the Gofile link itself, when i finished downloading the RAR file from Gofile. The RAR file had some weird files inside it and i could not do anything with them, i just wish i would have taken a screenshot how they looked.

was it the log and traceback files ? iirc the gofile link is the link where i uploaded the game to and i forgot to delete those files .

Everything is good now, the DropMeFiles was the same so i updated my WinRAR software. Everything works again. So it was my side that had problems, sorry about that.

No, there is nothing missing from compressed versions, images/video/audio are compressed, the game mainly 50K PNG's anyway with like 150 some WEBM's.

Its a low budget indie adult game, of course the voice audio will be bad. Ive yet to play an adult game where voice acting actually plays a positive role in it.

How does one install the split version? Are they all different files that install into the same directory or do they install into five directories and we need to cut and paste them in? Would be nice to find directions before I tie up my system in five downloads. "Extract and Run" doesn't cut it.

install the app. then you have to copy the asset pack to the folder /Android/data/org.echoesoflust.s2.the66/files/game.
the voiceover pack goes to the same destination but it's optional.

from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like Windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

just use a file manager that allows acces to folders in Android/data if your device running on Android 12 or newer.
and btw, you just install the app, assets and voiceover are copied.
