what should i do guys? helpalmost all characters playthrough says you need to complete a special event.. what is that? i dont know what i am supposed to do.. help me

First make sure that all of the hints are saying ”complete special event”. Make sure that you have Sophie’s quest active (if not, then check main characters room at noon and phone on the table to activate it). Once you have all of the characters hints saying ”complete special event” or ”to be continued” reset the day by sleeping or fast forwarding time and it will happen.what should i do guys? help

So this game has been pretty fun, but has there been any kind of clue as to why random letters are bolded/capitalized throughout the game? I know they spell words, but is there anything beyond that?

You're not missing anything. As you can see there is seven events listed there although it says 5/7, so it's one of the few bugs in the game that it doesn't say 7/7.

Codes? You should see a Christmas tree icon in the upper right (near where the Hints button normally appears) and click that. I'm sure, though, that this content is limited to the time around Christmas itself, like the Halloween special is. Perhaps it's now too late to see it normally. You could, as others have, change the date on your machine/device to something closer to Christmas (might as well do 25 December 2021, if you're going to do that) so that availability triggers again.
