Not quite...
Season 1 installed takes 5.4GiB on my PC. The installer has a size of 5.2GiB
The installer for Season 2 has a size of 15.7GiB, installed it takes about 16.2 GiB.
Season 2 will become somewhat bigger even once all the voice samples have been added.

And according to their Patreon comments there even exists Shoplifter Jessica 3 and 4 hidden events that for some reason aren't implemented to the game.
Nowadays NTR game Devs have started confusing people by using Netorare tag instead of NTR tag... Most people just check NTR Tag but don't check Netorare especially newbies

This is not an update, it's the current release version.
The next versions will contain bugfixes and more voice. So if you don't care about audio you can download the current version and never look at this site again.

And there won't be any. Judging by to the announcements on the store pages the story for Season 2 is finished. What's coming now are more voiced dialogs.
