Season 1 is crashing during the animation where you're spying on Megan (?). Is there a fix for this?

The story for S2 has been concluded a long time ago. The updates since then contain bonus scenes. This version won't be the last one, VO is still missing.

If you can click "ignore", do so. S1 misses a few sound files, but I don't remember that one of them was during a scene with Megan.

i guess voice over, which was and i guess still is missing for complete season.
with steam release partial was still missing and there is no mention if its complete now or not. i guess not.

Because it's not separated. The new images and animations are integrated into the main archive. Also it's not a DLC which you can buy or activate separated from the rest. It's some bonus scenes added to the main game recently.
If you have a problem with your download capacity, don't download it yet. According to their posts on discords it should not take all too long until the voice over is completed.
You can always buy it on GOG or Steam and let their clients patch instead of downloading here.

It's not going to an error screen. It's crashing to desktop and shutting itself down.
