In my case, when I load my old saved game, Megan and Zoe and the Hall button remain in screen if I continue the story, skip the time or go to sleep.
How have I fixed it? Well ... Rollback with the mouse wheel until several images/frames/assets disappear, and then roll foward.

Really disappointed. I get it that this game doesn't have much story and the only goal is to fuck girls by trial and error method. keep trying until you finally fuck the girl. If Mc fuck them so early there won't be much left to continue but in the whole update there was no sex. MC acts so immature.

Mc be drunk right when he was interested in the gurls.
MC had goals to follow, but out of our hands, on a dark screen,
MC gulps down several shots, auto incapacitating himself out of his own goals.
