It's mostly bonus content and hidden scenes etc. Also, there are updated renders and 'angle renders', which allow you to look at characters from multiple angles. As canto forte just said, you need to start from the beginning if you want to look at every single updated render.
To access these bonus animations click on (a) toilet paper and toilets in the bathroom and (b) the toy bike in the MC's room (or another room, I'm not sure)
My saves from ep 1-9 wont work. It just gives me error screen and starts a new game.
Facing issues with the gallery (actual gallery) + cheat mod. it says

I've got to admit that I'm disappointed the story isn't continuing from the last update.
How does that even work?
Season 2 episode 1 and then back to season 1? That's like the main character having a memory flashback and in that flashback he also has a flash forwad.
I don't think anyone will be confused about that.

It's a great update, but it needs a walkthrough.
At first, it took me a while to find all hidden events:
1) Toilet Paper
2) Toilet
3) Bicycle in your room

every single update after months and months without ever the mother, ever. Never, fuck, never the mother. In an incest game this dude NEVER updates the mother. I give up, goodbye to this shit game.

Don't even bother, just search for ep10 in game folder, 82 new images & 8 same old animations which looks even worst than previous EPs.

maybe search for e10* instead. Then you'll find over 1700 new renders in the story folder. That's without extra angles and costumes
