kind of late to the party, but can't find it through the search bar so gonna ask, whats the natural way to get perfect day beside the cheat menu on season 1?

How far into the game are you? If you havent played every route, try that until every route says"You need the special event", go to sleep and you can play further(because I had the same problem until I did that. You need all 8 routes( Megan, Jessica, Elizabeth, Zoe, Ellie, Nicole, Sophie and Amy).

There isn't and there is no point to it. Season 2 doesn't read save games from season 1. So even if you cheat like mad in season 1, it will have no impact on season 2. Season 2 starts with what you accomplished on your last day when the reset stopped. There is no natural way to get a "perfect" day at the end of season 1. In fact, the MC makes some really boneheaded decisions like inviting three girls to the same party. That is how season 2 starts, dealing with the party drama.

Xmas Story - Can't recall how I got that, from others, you wait till Christmas, based on your PC clock, and click on the top of the Christmas tree to start it
Meeting Emma - Clicking the pick mug/cup in the kitchen
Game Show - Downstairs hall, lightswitch
Sleep Day - Clicking the roll of duct tap in the garage
Officer Kate - Lamp outside MC's House
Slumber Party - Top Speaker in Megan's Room
Shoplifter Jessica - Rose in Jessica's Room

I clicked all these and nothing happened. Is there a pre-req I missed?

Yeah, I believed you need to finish a good number of quests first.
I did all the hidden events after I completed all quests for all the ladies.
Although, I am not 100% in regards to the Christmas event.
