Yes, but I think most developers will refuse to, out of respect for NRT. And even then, will make it MHA's call whether to pick the project back up or not.It would be so great if some other developer would continue developing this game!
so guys , i looked through one of my HDDs these days and as matter of fact there is an "newer" version of the rpg mv title so here is the link, it will be up for 14 days, i think v007 was the last version before the renpy remake

i recommend to play the 5.1 beta tester RPGM version there is more content and the last version before the renpy remake
