I know deleting the Chinese folder, gives you English dialogue, unfortunately the labels are still in Chinese

Unfortunately, you can's change it in-game

All you can do is go to the "Lustvillage-0.85-win\game\tl" folder
and
Delete the "Chinese" folder
and restart the game

it will force the dialogue to be English
but the labels will still be Chinese
