Nah, I'll wait for the official free version. Let the developer earn some dough for his effort. I've started developing my own game, so I now know the pain all the game developer goes through. It's a very time consuming process.
If you don't have a fulltime or part-time job and only do indie game developing its hard to feed yourself in this economy.
