The link shows you that there is "lots" of sex with one specific character, which doesn't invalidate that this game should be finished by now, rework or not, and should have a proper hints system.

this game is honestly an utter mess, too much grind too little guidence, the main girls could do with their 4 main stats being reduced to the "corruption" stat that the side girls have and a decent event tracker is needed.

A dick rider is someone who defends something or someone no matter what, even in the wrong. I didn't say I don't care about what he says, unlike him, which means I can answer without falling into hypocrysy. In any case I would be a hater But I am not that either, you know? He is the one who jumped the gun the moment he saw someone else angry about the development of the game. Also, my claim is that there is little sex, a lack of in-game hints and an unreasonable slow development, all of those statements being true... Unless you consider having sex scenes with one character in a game with at least 10 fuckable characters is "a lot of sex".
It is very tiring to try and have a conversation with people unable to read. You have already decided what I am and nothing I can say will change that. I am done.

To get the therapist to appear, you have to talk to the mother at dress level 4. Have breakfast with your family and talk to your mother. At that moment you unlock the therapist.
