This is unfortunate. I've spoken to the devs and we're going to upload the next version as base, and fix from there. I'll let you know when it's uploaded.

Only way I managed to run it was to download base game, not patch with patcher and patch the version prior to the latest version manually by copying files from the patch only download, that worked, then somehow managed to do it again with latest and it worked, but honestly... the game looks nice on screenshot, but gameplay is awful, the camera, the top view, animations aren't really great, for a sex game, you'd expect sex to be main aspect that's mostly fleshed out and polished, seems like something extra slapped on top, I hate how good the character looks on the static images, in game it's just... disappointing, shame.

Still the same issue.
Can you post the latest base version?
