Hey guys how do you get beast tamer recipe

You have to guess given the prompt when you talk with the tamer.

You have to progress the Iron Blood village until you unlocked battlegrounds/arena, then keep exploring battlegrounds until you meet Maul talking with a Tanner, then talk to tanner, after that explore the village only then you will unlock the razor bear encounter

i really can't seem to meet tanner, is there more reqs? i have been spamming the 2 fight and watch options on the battlegrounds. Also how do i meet the black wolf... i can't find the path or quest for that

Awww it so short and to be honest nothing really interest me for this new update like the Lizard tribe or the omega wolf etc.

Couldn't find the below scene at all. Anybody got it? Help!
