...i guess not a "mod" but you can easy "mod" ur save data with a save editor (lvl sats ect)

In game you can access the cheat menu to create items. You can't influence your stats directly, but you can create items that give your permanent stat boosts

Scar should wake up 3 or 4 days after treating him. I think you have to pick the sleep option for it to trigger.
