mmm dont remember if the creator has mention about a "mechanic" pretty sure he dont, but, there are some pregnancy bad ends (one from the corrupted lizzards if i remember well, and the other with the tar being i think)

Question which part of the mist abyss can be find the lizard scarf i look aound and i cant find it ? Need some help pls
Its in the area where you meet Hissh. There's a spot directly to the left of were you enter where you you have a chance of finding the scarf, but there are also several other other items you might find instead so you'll likely have to leave and come back several times until you get it since its rng.

IMPORTANT:
Not that much lewd stuff from me, but I'm pushing the orc plot further. This is setting up the base for what is going to happen next month. And oh boy… You remember how I said I was excited for the Northcrest Inflitration event? Well, next update has another piece of content I was very excited for a long time.
If it comes to my part of the content, depending on your chaises in the past you may not have to do everything. If you are not longer welcome in Orgram's camp, you basically skip his part. If Korg is not at your place, then you don't do anything with him this update. The main event for the next month will be taking all of this into consideration. Yay, consequences.
To not make this beginning way too long I'll just go straight to the patch notes itself:

• The Enemy log and Relation log have been moved off of the player status screen and onto the same screen as the Event log and Active/Completed quests. This screen has had its menu button changed and will now be referred to collectively as the 'Log Book'.
• The collapsible region categories from the Event log were added to the Relation and Enemy logs as well.
• The icons used to select a relation or enemy in their respective logs have been made uniform with the Event log.
• The hover over and lock functionality from the Event log were added to the Relation and Enemy log.
• The Completed quests tab has been made into a sub-category available on the right side of the Active quests tab in the Log Book.
• The game's tutorial section has had some of its text updated to reflect the above changes.
• The old 'bug' where anything you did in a game screen would not be saved if you made a save without advancing a text box has been fixed.
• A big thanks to Ren for his insight on code optimization for the above points.
• The event log and relation log are updated with the new content added in .60
IMPORTANT:
- Android build will be available later

You do know you can play this as a hetero female and get almost all the content a gay guy gets, right? Avoiding pregnancy is a miracle considering female MC sleeps with half the population and never takes birth control. That being said, any sort of dedication to pregnancy and giving birth would bog the game down too much.
Actually the game have a mpreg it is two or three bad ends when mc became incubator for insects on rats dungeon and got defeated by Rousk with zero sanity. The third one is werewolf omega ending

It's actually Not rare for MxM focused games to hav "pregnancy", Even if there's No female Involved.
And there're many ways to implement it without "bogging down the game". (Like the "bad end Mpreg" example above)
But "pregnancy" in porn games is a "Fetish", like all other Fetishes, it's up to the dev if they want to hv them.
To my knowledge LD is not a very Kinky game (They even removed some extreme stuff).
It's not a "Miracle" to "not have "pregnancy". Even MxF focused games are Not always have it.
I don't recall anything being removed. If you remember something, please do tell me because I've been following LD for a very long time, prior to the bridge even being implemented.
Also just from a few examples (some are one-offs), it has feral (bestiality), monsters, cumflation, mpreg (in the bad end examples), fat, ws, goo, prostitution; there's definitely a good handful of kinks in the game.
