Sorry but do you mean how would the Iron blood lose the war without the MC getting involved? Or do you mean how could they win if Maul exist and the MC doesn't side with them? If the first then yeah no they would've won easily and if the second it's part of the every growing plot holes this game has. Seriously whose ever in charge of the lore needs to take a step back and read what they have because holy shit many things don't make a lick of sense.

I understand you perfectly fine and I already answered you in my first response.
Even if they retroactively added Maul back then, He will not change anything cuz MC has plot armour.
MC can easily beat anyone in the game, no matter how Physically strong they are.
Not to mention We only know Maul is a dominate and physically strong Orc, and a wild card, how do you know he would fare well in the war? From the look of it, I don't think he even care who wins.
Also The argument about "fictional characters who's stronger" is always open-ended, since it didn't / can't happen, nobody can prove anything.
Plus the writers can easily write in a way that serves the plot.
This attempt to bad mouth writer(s) is not productive, it serves no purpose other than limiting what they can write.
Especially when the writers in fact didn't do anything that's contradicting previous development.
Don't get me wrong, you should hold them accountable if they indeed disrespected previous works, like claiming Maul is the strongest Orc and a warmonger.

Actually this could be a very interesting idea for the siding with Witch route:
If MC didn't side with them and they lost the war, Maul comes back as a Defiance army leader to fight against you.
So you still get Maul in this route but it's completely different, Maybe you can even break him and top him
Semi-Like what Rhot does in Lizard Bad End route.
But we all know it won't happen, just like Lizard Bad End route.
Man... i want to get to all this maul stuff, but i keep soft locking my self in earlier events.

You know what i really want to see ? more attitude related events from other factions
Like how Bandits will not fight you and just demand you get on your knees if they have high attitude towards you.
I've been hoping we get that for other factions like the lizard men or the rats, but untill now idk if that's a thing.

I can tell this is a very gay game, but I also see that there are female characters which I'm surprised by. Does this game have anything that would appeal to a bisexual player, or are the female characters just there in the background?
