You can use lust potion on him until arrouse, then submit to him.... thats probably the most you can have at this point...

Black Wolf is Beta Werewolf before transformation. He was a character of a prequel filler storyline, we got instead of further developing our relationships ...
Yeah no clue how I'm supposed to find him access him or whatever. How am I supposed to focus on him when I don't even know what the hell to do??

First of all. He´s only on Logan uncorupted route. Logan have to go to den and defeat alpha. ... then his route will eventually pop up in the diary..
It's not complicated it's just that there are so many characters to keep track of.

Calling the BW plotline "filler" is kind of crazy given that it ties directly into the main story. It's just been dragged on for way too long because each piece of it gets released like once every 3-4 months.

Dont patronize me. I think this kind of games should be about our main character - developing skills and relationships. Not switch to flashback character for I dont know how long... too long. And on the top of all - his plotline is now frozen like the others and instead of doing something with him, idk trying to turn him back to human, we are now on the others side of map, talking to desert lizards..
