Yes. After the orc war battle is done, you can go to the red orcs camp, and this works regardless of choices or outcomes. Continuing to submit/do lewd acts there will drop your respect. Get low enough and he'll eventually do stuff with you.
PS: You can lower it quite quickly by being naked in the camp.
Have low respect at the camp, and during the battle between the green and red orcs, choose Khalgor's side and tell Mirage you want Khalgor as the prize
You don't even need to side with them at all. I have my main save which is with the green orcs, and I can still sex Khalgor.
Oh yeah there's this feature which you can replay scenes, thanks for the add-up

Choose preference from the menu, there's a in-game cheat that gives you items to skip the grind.
Still need to know which is which tho. Cookies are for attributes. Use Love potions to raise Monster loves.
Can also use Lust poition / Bomb to fight so attributes don't matter much.
Might still need to grind for NPC likes, but those are not too bad.

So far all those branches are either pointless, or being forgotten. I think Hyao really is not Good at making branching storylines, he should just avoid doing it.
He really should. The branches are good for a quick peek or alt save (like if you want Corrupted Roushk and Rhot in your prison); willing to bet the "side with Mirage" plot goes nowhere. You just get barred from the green orcs and that's it for that. At least he's adding *some* bLogan additions every so often, but yeah, there's one "canon" path that you should be following.So far all those branches are either pointless, or being forgotten. I wonder if we get to see more folk like Arion, the half horse guy. At least find his old village or other ipotane warriors. He's in my top 3 favorites. I know that Hyao is prioritizing the orcs, the city and the Black Wolf storylines but I hope he picks old side stories once in a while between major events.

That reminds me, they haven't even finished the event where you could potentially walk in on him and the Blacksmith getting their freak on when the horse-boy gets his horse-shoe replacement. They must've forgotten about it.

I think the main issue is that Hyao started with too many branches and now its too much to handle...

Arion is long forgotten (he's also not very popular), I don't think he got anything new since change of artist.
That's why Dev's should avoid scope creep at all cost.
At this point I just wish Hyao can stay on course to finish the current plots, before moving to anything else, old or new.
The worse he can do is digging up new wholes without filling up the current ones, like certain other game.

Yes I was thinking that too. I was impressed with the amount of choices we could make as the player, but then I was like... "Is there enough people to handle these storylines?" especially considering the crucial part with Cthulhu. His deal seems pretty complicated, due to the player not being able to go back and choose a new option (un fucking fortunately.

Because he's guest content, same with Scrap and a good handful of other characters that get forgotten.
You know what's really criminal though? Not having a scene with the Yeti. Narram already drew NSFW sprites of him too, so why not let us warm up in his cave by plowing?

That reminds me of another sin of LD's development: Quality control of guest contents.
If you plan to do guest content / One-Off, make sure it's self-contained and hs a satisfying closure.

Exactly ... if Arion is a guest content, why he included the scenes with Blake, that are forever WIP?... Also people, do you remember Garuik? The weredog polarbear that didn´t do nothing? At least he could show us his cock... And the whole Lakeshard route could have wait, it´s like nothing important happened there anyway...
