I mean it's not that they are not deeply developed, it's more that most of them never even show up again.

As of now, LD is very Open Ended , almost like Hyao is treating it like a life-time Hobby, thus no point to end it ever.
TBH that was my impression, especially since LD was doing great recently. But it turns out totally NOT fine lol.

Tho, just like the other said, Stay Hopeful. Enjoy while it lasts. Wish Hyao can sort it out soon.

I know StanG and Narram excel at different things, but someone is going to have to cover for Narram's part of the work, and idk who else is doing character art there.

I mean I feel like the *main* story is still involving Nameless and the Witch and their part in the curse of lust causing (most of) all the major problems around the continent somewhat and the MC looking for their teacher (if they ever remember that's what they're supposed to be doing lol), and maybe the disconnected plotlines are supposed to converge at some point, or maybe not, but all of them are very incomplete atm, maaaybe with the exception of the lizard tribe. We also still have a whole area of the continent completely unexplored, so god knows how much content hyao had originally planned for this story.
Definitely one of the most ambitious projects in this genre.

Uh because most of them aren't relevant to the current story... That's a worse take I've seen, you can't expect any story to use most characters introduced. Also most DO in fact return, they just don't have major screen time. If you want more of those SIDE characters then read the light novels or even the games or movies

You are assuming LD is a game that's meant to be finished. But that's not the case.
Narram's part is not necessarily needed to be "covered" If other parts can keep people satisfied.
Remember we really don't have many Monster arts until Narram picked it up.

And that's my point, Hyao should treat this like a Project with a finish line, not a life-time open book.
It's not really "Ambitious" if they didn't consider "finishing it" to begin with.

Also, there's nothing wrong to add in bunch of One-night-Stand / Passersby side characters,
As long as it doesn't hinder the development of the Main plots / Main characters,
that's where you get this shallow / unsatisfying feeling when all you hv are the fuck buddies you won't ever see again.
(Like all Gacha Games and many games on this side). Hope LD can keep sight on the main course, not losing directions.

I was curious. Is there anything you miss from a previous version? I miss that you could win in fights if you didn't lose all your health or fill up all your lust in the grapples.

Have you found a solution? I'm on the same boat as you. I picked the right choices in the Curse of Lust, and I'm still stuck with "Speak to Roushk about a human visiting in the past" because the option doesn't show up for me whenever I talk to him/

First you need to speek first with Orthra or Roth, then Roushk ( dont remember exactly )
