It doesn't matter at the moment as there's no follow-ups.
IIRC Hyao said he'll reverse that when there are more nameless contents being developed. But judging how the "Lizard bad end" went.... or how the development is going, I wouldn't hold my expectation up.

If it makes you feel better, you can manipulate your choices with a save editor pretty easily.

it's a pretty great game and it seems like a really small niptpick to completely drop it just because the MC wasn't a virgin. it's a porn game. the MC will stop being a virgin very soon anyway
