I still have 4 character boxes locked. 3 on the third page and 1 on the fourth. I have completed all the quests for the characters I have unlocked. Are these for future girls or have I missed something?

first 3 are unknown as of now (im guessing maybe 1 is the spirit posessing the streamer) and the last 1 is most likely Abigail seeing last page has had the other sins on them

For Kaede's second event you just need her at 5 Lust then go to the shrine between morning and afternoon, her event will start then.

I have to say that I hate the Lily footjob scene. The worst thing is that the game has automatically continued Lily's path after playing the last update of Ai's route. It would be nice to be able to say no to Lily the same way we were able to say no to the previous scene. If not I guess I'll have to reload a save to continue ignoring Lily (in the hopes that following her route won't be necessary in the future).
On the contrary, that footjob was a desired outcome for me. As I didn't care about having sex with some random nonames.

it should have been at park during the night dont remember if it was weekend or not after unlocking the collab you can just go to the park iirc
to be fair it was kinda a funny scene near end but otherwise yea im not a foot guy so getting that from lily was kinda annoying

I've tried to continue, but if I didn't like the beginning, I like it less and less as it progresses.
The only thing this scene has done is make me dislike Lily extraordinarily.
In the end I loaded a previous save and waited until Friday to continue with Ai route and continue avoiding Lily's route. From what I see, my game will end the day I can't avoid Lily's route, because I'm sure I won't do that scene.

If I didn't like the game I wouldn't have gotten to this point. I'd be an idiot if I was playing a game I didn't like and started looking for an excuse to quit. I would have quit a long time ago.
And if I quit the game it's because of that scene, not because of that LI. It wouldn't be the first game I quit because there's a mandatory scene I don't like, and I guess it won't be the last. And I don't really care if you find it strange.
