Most recent Patreon version is 7.6 with Eri's visor control it appears, seems like her Quest is coming out after that instead of same time
Which version number are you using, v0.7.5a or v0.7.5? It seems the version currently be hosted on this site (v0.7.5a) is actually an older release of the current patch. One which only includes the new side content, but not the updated main story content.
Just so you know, Lustful Sin 0.7.6 full version just came out...

Took the words right out of my mouth, the sheer betrayal of gaslighting a character to the point where they think we're completely innocent while raping them every step of the way is so well done in this game
Think for Lust it's more instinct than malice. Just my speculation but that's probably a side effect from his Sin. Since he's Lust he can't really control that part too much. Most of the other sins have their lives revolving around their sins.
Gloria has a whole company for profit (Greed)
Violet possesses others way too often cuz she prefers them(Envy)
Lily prefers living in Gloria's house with maids (Sloth)
Lust most likely cares for them but would also control them for a bit of fun because his Sin would require it.
Side note: Keep in mind Lust has not controlled them once for his pleasure during the story. All sex scenes besides for the Lily and Gloria at the moment were controlled entirely by the player as they'd get a choice every time.
Edit: Then again bad ending may be coming in the future so Lust being evil may also be canon

If you're in it for the graphics engine and the mind control, Corrupted Kingdoms and Summer MC both check those marks a bit.
If you want something with mind control where you are some sort of a deity or at least connected to one, My Best Deal is OK as another visual novel.
If you want those themes, but are OK with either a turned based battle thing instead of a sandbox, Demon King Domination and Magebuster are both great. Short, but have some of the best voice acting in the adult novel space.
