Happy to see a properly animated scene in this update, the only thing that would make the game better is if you added some sound to the sex scenes (sex sounds, moaning, etc.), or at the very least some music.

I may be misunderstanding you, but I don't think having Ichigo be the protagonist would change much. Any Bleach game with dating/sex elements would surely include Rukia unless it was like a kinetic game focused on one girl. If it were set prior to Rukia and Renji's relationship, I don't think that would be NTR or much different than the female LI getting with some random schmuck.
