It's time for another progress report. Let's start off with some changes I've decided to implement.

MC will receive a slight makeover in the second half of this update, courtesy of our lovely Cynthia.

As you can see, there's a slight change in MC's hairstyle. With the new one, there is a noticeable difference in the hair's shine compared to the original, where there was next to none. It will also benefit me, as I've noticed that it takes less overall time to finish rendering with the new hair asset. For these two specific renders, the new one took about half as much time compared to the original, but I've found that it, on average, reduces rendering time by around 20–25% whenever the hair is in the frame.

Furthermore, I've noticed that during animations, the original hair sometimes produces a fair amount of noise. That's why I would generally avoid placing the hair in the camera's field of view because I'd prefer not to see the extra noise and grain in animations, although this decision also depends on the lighting conditions. Hopefully, the new hair asset will eliminate these issues.

I hope this slight cosmetic change doesn't ruffle too many feathers. While I appreciate both hairstyles, it's important to acknowledge the additional advantages of the new addition.

If you're still unsure, let me make it up to you by announcing that all six main love interests will have scenes in this update, and I think both NTR and vanilla fans will be happy with the amount of lewd content.

The amount of time and effort required to complete such a significant and pivotal update to the story is difficult to articulate. Action and fighting scenes definitely take up most of my development time, with complex posing and the number of characters in the scene making for longer loading and slower response time of the system. The branching and vast amounts of choices during the card dare game have also been very time-consuming, as I have still not completed all the branches for that particular scene.

Paired with real-life struggles, it is an adversity that is hard to overcome when it concerns game development; however, it must be executed according to my vision. I understand a lot of you are very eager to get your hands on the update, but when that will be, I cannot tell you for certain.

I am confident that everyone will experience a sense of ease and relief upon its release, allowing us to return to our regularly scheduled programming. Until that happens, I can only express my gratitude for continuous support. I am deeply grateful for your unwavering support.

I wasn't charged on the 6th of May, which was supposed to be my next billing period for that month. I will inform you guys if I get charged on the 6th of June, but I doubt it.
