Just wanted to leave some feedback. Will wait for a further release to leave a review.
+ Very interesting concept of a pirate themed game. Lots of possibilities here, but also just a fun genre.
+ Renders and animations look great! I also like that there's already some sound FX & music in the game at this early stage.
+ The NTR/cuckholdy type content is mild enough to where it's mostly palatable for someone like me who's not really into that sort of thing. In cases where it's not, it's easily avoidable.
- MC doesn't have any agency in the story (whether to turn Yana over to the captain, what reward to ask for, whether to dump GF or not to pursue other girls, which girls to bring onto the ship, etc.). The only choices seem to pertain to sex scenes.
- MC is a little too effeminate looking and the corset at the beginning is over the top. Would be nice to have some masculine options for how to react in certain situations or dialogues.
- The characters in general are far too modern with how they think, talk and act. Why do a period piece if everyone's just going to behave like regular 21st century people?
- There are too many girls and many of them are hard to distinguish from each other. Would be better IMO to focus on a few and flesh them out rather than having a dozen sluts, some of which are functionally redundant. There's so much pussy to go around right now, it's no big deal to lend some out. Plus, the absurdity of having all of them on a pirate ship at the same time is hard to get over. What are their roles on the ship? Do they get a cut of the booty? I know it's a sex game, but porno logic can only extend so far...
- The dialogue is amateurish IMO. Words and phrases are often repeated, making characters sound the same. This is especially noticeable with the girls who all seem like cock-hungry OF whores or porn stars, when they should probably be various degrees of naiive, innocent, or conservative. Also, bits of exposition often feel unnatural and forced. Dialogues need to have some push & pull, not just a one-way info dump when characters first meet each other.

I think that some have mentioned that the main character is a good guy so he may not sleep with the women easily due to him having a girlfriend. That may be why he doesn't have as many intercourse scenes. The other men either haven't had intercourse or are starving for it.
I understand you and your wives personal views, but again this is escapism. It could potentially influence how people act in real life, but for me it's just a fantasy to indulge in. Something that is less likely to happen in modern times in real life depending on where you life and how much law enforcement there is. I think if we were talking about real pirates from the past there wouldn't be a lot of women if any on the ship and it likely would involve raiding, rape, and plunder when women were involved. It's just a fantasy.
I think cebs did it in the past. I guess we will need to wait until he updates..

I haven't played the latest update.. but I saw people crying about the model used for Anna from 'a perfect marriage' is introduced in this game as Annabelle.. I mean he even used a similar name.. this looks like It was done intentionally.. but yeah. It's just a game.. but it was funny to see that this topic was discussed atleast for 5 pages in f95 on their discussion..

This is really good feedback. The story idea is pretty good, but having choices that actually seem to matter would make it better. Personally, I'm not a fan of choices like "Keep swimming (NTR)" and "Go back to Kayla". Also not a fan of how unaware of what's going on around her she seems to be all the time.
I can overlook the language. I think it might be tough to pull off if you don't have a good understanding of how people talked during a certain period.
Too many girls!? Yeah... that's probably one of my biggest problems with harem games. Too many copy and paste girls that are just there to be used and have no purpose but to service dick. Pretty boring. This game does just jump right into the rapey shit, too. I don't particularly feel attached to any girl yet because we barely know them. I know adding sex is the best way to get people interested, but I would not complain at all if the dev took some time at some point to go back into earlier in the story to flesh out character development some more.
What is rapey about it? The only thing I've seen so far that's rapey is Corin being blackmailed to have sex. I guess you could argue that Kayla is being raped by the fisherman, but I guess since shed doesn't know it's not her boyfriend she isn't really perturbed by it. The rest of the scenes aren't really rape. The other scenes aren't really rape. They are all consensual and the women enjoy the intercourse. Rapey or coercion doesn't really bother me though. There are some things that do like overly large breasts, buts, clits, or pedophilia, but those two things in a fantasy environment aren't up there.

That's a fraction of all the scenes. There are so many. One hasn't even happened yet.

I guess I was just saying that you said it's all over the place, but it's only in a small amount of scenes that are easily avoidable.

I did not. I said it jumped right into it. One of the first lewd scenes, IIRC, depending on choices.
I'm also not saying it shouldn't be in the game or the dev sucks for adding it. Women getting raped just doesn't do it for me.
I mean, overview clearly states it's not a Robinson Crusoe adaptation.

Good that you clarified that. I understood that you do like it, but it was too early for you - before you had a real connection to the girl. (Would not have judged you, either)
