Is there anyway to get 62Chan's Help if you skip talking to her outside Outset House at the beginning?

What is the general strategy for getting Brave Victories against bosses on Real difficulty (for genocide route)?
I am at Alraune and beating her at level 6 without the bookmark seems rather impossible.
I know I can leave her be for now and come back later with better gear and some achievements, but I also read a post about refighting bosses in the post game, from which I (possibly wrongly) understand I can kill Alraune normally now and still get my brave victory later. Not sure which approach to take.

Edit: you can indeed simply get the brave victories in the post-game by refighting the bosses (which is also trivially easy at that point). Eat level down eggs to get to the appropiate level.
