Cock shrinking in feminization/sissy stories is a very under utilised theme, it's quite hot too. Shame it's not used more.
Definitely noticed this as well.
As stated DD material usually starts them out and keeps them small using it to incorporate the humiliation theme.
The other comics usually have a feminization going on but they keep them with these large dicks usually to have sex with each other - aka the 'chicks with dicks' theme.
Not so much of the 'evolution feminization' of things 'shrinking' and embracing being a 'fem slut'.
The body feminization is usually forced:
A - hypnosis
B - surgery
C - instant miracle drug

Personally I prefer Michi Pinups stuff as a substitute for Victor Serra. Although he's very difficult to replace, being as he set the benchmark for art quality.
I agree Victor Sierra will be very hard to replace once he leaves, I also agree about michi pinups
