So I'm having some trouble. I'm trying to start the Ms. Dawson storyline to start getting money but whenever I go to the office and click on her she just says "Well?" and then the only option is "Nevermind". Is there something I'm missing?

Talk to Ms. Dawson, the secretary, again. I had to redo some steps to trigger the cook. The secretary offered the chance to redo her quests, and the cook appeared on the second run through.

I found it bugged out if you talked to the headmaster in the hallway outside of Tuesday evening. I'd get to the "go to the cafeteria" step and then nothing. I finally reset it via Ms. Dawson's dialog and saw him tuesday evening, go to the office to see Dawson, then do her instructions, and the cook was there at the cafeteria.

I love the attention to detail the creator has in ripping off B*lly. From the background music and word for word dialogue is some parts down to the weird little hand gesture the headmaster makes when he speaks. I'm not very far into the game and my understanding is that there still isn't much content. But seeing as how B*lly is my favorite game of all time I'm gonna say that this game is dope so far.
