The padlock quest is different from the one where you have to find Derek. When Fiona asks you to find the padlock, you can find it next to the TV in the living room of the boys dorm. Once you deliver the padlock back, the next day, Fiona will be hiding in her kiosk because Derek is stalking her again, then you have to find him in the alley behind the boys dorm building.
You can change the relationships when you first meet certain characters. You get two sisters, a mother, and an aunt.
Changing the name/title doesn't change the context.

You can go to town on Friday Evening using the bus stop at the entrance of the academy. You need to wear the casual clothes. Once you're in town, she'll wait for you at the beach on Saturday Evening.

I am writing a game setting (two continents so far) for use with Pathfinder Second Edition or Dungeons & Dragons; I know your pain, and welcome feedback from players. I know enough that getting to "it just works" takes a lot of time, effort, testing, and squishing of bugs.
