First, you need to go to %AppData%, then navigate to \Roaming\RenPy and the lusty buccaneers folder.

how do we unlock dances other than the Sensual Dance? i've raised nami's love and lust to both be pretty high and keep using the event, but it doesn't seem like any others are being unlocked

At the moment, there are no other dance events besides the one you mentioned. If you have doubts about the available content, check the changelogs to see if there's still anything left for you to do.
