Nice character design. it about a young "assassin" ? with "memories lost" after a plane accident got a mysterious note about his past family -> back to his hometown -> dealt with his real family -> bla blah -> have another personality of the original him -> blah blah -> investigate... -> anime-style comedy....
that song is "Crazy", you can find it on the "Nocopyrightsound" channel. Gotta say, it been a long time since I last listen to it, all the way back to the Golden age of edm and ncs.
