Is the fight with Lan (the IV enemy) available? How can I "trigger" it? The blonde girl says I should talk to her, but she only says I must hurry up.

She (Lan) appears in the Lobby, you need to talk with her, then do her quest (go to Orc camp and grind enemies until you get 10 alchemical element), then after a Cutscene her fight becomes available.

I started the game before going on holiday and continued it in the last day.
I think that every RPG game should have a quest log, otherwise things like this one are extremely easy to be forgotten.
