I mean I get what you mean but since MackG4 said he was inspired by the artist Otochichi,
and from what I was able to see, Otochichi don't really use guys with feminine trait...
Instead, it's mostly Shotacon at best,
which are pretty similar to what MackG4 is doing right now.
