I just discovered something interesting, It seems like you don't need to have -100 moral to have sex with Yona I was able to do it with just 0 moral, Pretty sure this is a bug

nah, i mean -100 moral is a way. But you can also let her got beaten up by enemies then walk to her with male mc. Then R her

Is the evil tree supposed to be that tanky or do we use a specific weapon against it?

Chop it down with chaos axe, if you mean the tree that has people hanging on it.
Note that you can block its attacks while chopping.
