Yes. On the bottom-right, there is a button with a gear. That's the game's main menu, where save button and exit button are.

It is reasonably good as a game. But it has guro. I've seen worse.
There are games that are bad as games, and also have guro as the main (or only) form of gameplay.
Whoever is in charge of animation, isn't very good at it, but we're used to poor quality in the world of porn games.
They probably have interpersonal conflicts. Check their status list in case they have reasons to hate each other.
Try talking to them. There should be a "sex" option in the "talk" menu if a sex scene is available. They will refuse unless they like you enough.
Apparently, you can also tell them to follow you, and lead them to bed and to other potentially interesting locations (maybe bathtub?).
Herb is supposed to remove food poisoning. But I did not experiment with it myself.
Fill first 3 slots with hens. They will produce eggs, at the rate of about 1 egg per hen per day.
Golden chicken. Try not killing it, because it lays golden eggs.

You need to give them potions that are made from the old man native. You can use the merchant to make a super version if you have a normal one and a life orb.

Found a passageway? kinda I guess there's a big dark circle in the world map so hard to miss. Are there any notable secret tunnels that I dont want to miss?

Well yes, it seems that by pressing T you turn the captured animals into meat when they are in the inventory. Learning to play this game is like "shot in the dark". The game has no manual or guide, and the quest system is the worst I have ever seen. It doesn't tell you where you have to go or what you have to do.
how does the pigfarm work? do the pigs repopulate inside? i tried putting 2 in but it didnt do anything.

You need a native to work Livestock nearby and it raises the count from 0 to 100, at 100 you get 1 pig worth of meat.
Not currently in the game outside of spawning her via console commands.
