You can try reading any of the readily available guides instead of acting like an absolute ass.
The game is fairly non intuitive but the guys here have explained everything in detail.
It's also not finished so more H scenes are and will be added over time.

Maybe there are no new things ingame but the Cheat from from the first page dont work anymore its for Version 21 and if you use it your game dont start anymorewut do u mean by updating the cheat, it doesn't have new items.

When we get to tie Takumi up, isn't there an option to kill him as well?
Oh, and Keigo can also be killed now that I think about it. Though in his case his body falls into the sea, so there'd be nothing to retrieve.

There are at least two I know of. The cheats mentioned recently (and linked to in the OP)--though it sounds like it's broken with the current version, but I'm sure it'll get fixed soon. let me know when a dick size potion/a penis size change workbench is added.
The game getting these incremental updates, is a reason i feel this game doesn't get much mods. Once the game is in a finished, stable state, that's when i feel the modders will swoop on in. The devs have a nice foundation here but they're still hashing it out.
